Break Free from What’s Holding You Back: Brainspotting, EMDR & Internal Family Systems Therapy Intensives
Are You Ready to Feel Like Yourself Again?
If you’re struggling to feel whole, move on, or find happiness, you're not alone. Negative self-talk, limiting beliefs, and old behavior patterns can hold you back—whether from childhood trauma, past experiences, or unhealed wounds, these emotional blocks may feel impossible to shift on your own.
Traditional talk therapy and self-care strategies can help, but if they haven’t brought lasting change, it may be time to explore deeper, more transformative healing.
Why I Believe in the Power of Therapy Intensives
I’ve worked with many clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, and trapped in patterns that no longer serve them. I’ve been there myself—struggling with codependency, hitting walls in therapy, and feeling like progress was slow. I was lucky because my own therapist started offering me two-hour sessions so that I could go deeper with Brainspotting. I've now decided to pass that gift on.
I realized that therapy sometimes isn’t enough to address deep emotional issues in just one hour. With an intensive, you have the time and space to dig deeper, process more fully, and uncover the root causes holding you back.
Issues like shame often lie at the heart of what keeps us stuck. Through Brainspotting, EMDR, and IFS, we can go beyond surface-level talk and begin to heal these deep-rooted patterns.

Brainspotting Therapy Intensives: Heal Codependency, Relational Patterns & More
Brainspotting, EMDR, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) are powerful tools for those who’ve experienced trauma or struggle with relational patterns. These modalities are especially effective for caregivers, women, and LGBTQ individuals, as they address unique emotional challenges:
- Caregivers often face burnout and emotional exhaustion, and these therapies help process the trauma of caregiving, establish boundaries, and promote self-care.
- Women may struggle with perfectionism and self-criticism, and these modalities support healing from societal pressures, encouraging self-acceptance and emotional balance.
- LGBTQ individuals often carry the weight of discrimination and rejection. These therapies help release internalized shame and foster self-love and acceptance.
- Adult survivors of childhood abuse often there are blocks to deep unresolved pain in traditional therapy, the time and modality allows you to dive deep into unresolved pain and emotional blocks that stem from those early experiences. You can address the root causes of trauma, heal old wounds, and root out deeply entrenched patterns.
Whether it’s healing trauma, building self-worth, or breaking unhealthy relational patterns, these therapies empower you to reconnect with your true self and create healthier relationships.

What to Expect in a Brainspotting Intensive
In a Brainspotting Intensive, we’ll work together to identify a key issue you’re dealing with—whether it’s a thought, feeling, or behavior that you want to explore. By finding a "brain spot" (a specific eye position), we can access areas of the brain that store unresolved trauma or emotional blocks. The process involves a deep connection between your mind and body, allowing you to experience and process emotions, memories, and sensations in real time.
EMDR will help you process trauma-related memories, bringing you the relief you’ve been seeking by enabling your brain to reprocess these memories in a healthy way. Meanwhile, IFS will help you engage with different parts of your psyche to uncover how your internal systems are impacting your well-being and relational dynamics.
Some people may feel emotional discomfort during the session, but this is a natural part of the healing process. We work together through the intensity to ensure you feel safe and supported. Afterward, many clients report feeling lighter, more connected, and less stressed.
How the Brainspotting Intensive Process Works
Pre-Intensive Sessions
Intensive Session
On the day of your intensive, we’ll spend 3-4.5 hours working through your core issue with Brainspotting, EMDR, and IFS. The session will include a mix of techniques to address your challenges, and there will be time for breaks and post-session processing.
Post-Intensive Session
Following the intensive, we’ll schedule a 60-minute follow-up session within 1-3 weeks. This allows us to reflect on your shifts, integrate new insights, and create a personalized plan for continued growth.
